NTB Lost My Center Cap

Well I went to go get my tires rotated and balanced at NTB as it is free for the lifetime of the tires. Well a few days later my friend asked me what happened to my center cap. I guess they didnt put it on right (or maybe not at all) and its MIA now. So I went back and they said they would order me a new one right away. Well three days later and they cant find one at all. If the stupid store manager would actually come to work when he was supposed to the problem might have already been alleviated. If they cant find a matching one, they said they would work on getting me a new/different set of rims. Im glad that they are actually manning up and fixing the problem that they caused. I break my own **** and I have to fix it. But Ill be damned if someone else is going to break my stuff and want me to fix it.

To be honest, I'm a little shocked they haven't already told you to go pound sand -- hopefully they'll get you squared away.

That happened with mine. I took it in for a plug change and when I got it back it was missing. They claim it was in a flat stall and never left the ground. And as I looked at it more I noticed my chrome valve stem was missing aswell.

I asked but they kept asking if it was there before and if it was a rubber one before.

O and now I lost another cap. Went to my truck after class and saw it gone. I know it was there early cuz I cleaned the damn rim. LOL Maybe someone is jacking them at school?

And the plot thickens in my quest for replacement rims/center cap from NTB. After calling the manufacturer (same place NTB called), they do not have a replacement cap for my style rim. BUT somehow NTB magically was able to order me one...I cant wait for the wrong cap to arrive so I can go down there and tell them I told you so. UGH.
