White smoke at startup???

my truck is an 07 with 52k miles on it 5.4 3v and occassionally (sp) it will spit out a puff of white smoke at startup, I have no mods other than a k&n drop in and my exhaust. I had the transmission flushed at the dealer and when i got the truck back it seemed to be running a little rough, and a couple of days ago i noticed the smoke when i cranked it up. I am trying some injector cleaner now but wondering if anyone else has any ideas on what could be goin on?
