Pulled out a Dodge Ram and Boat!

I went out to the bay today for a day of kayaking and fishing. As I was coming in at about 2:00, I noticed a Dodge 1500 was spinning its wheels trying to pull a boat out of the water on some marshy clay. I told them I would pull their truck and boat out together. I positioned the truck, tied onto their frame, put it in 4 high, and pulled them out literally like it was nothing. I heard some of the kids say "That was SO cool!" and the adults were surprised saying the truck didn't even have to work.

I love my F150!

Haha nice! What kind of kayaks are those and do you just have them sitting on foam blocks or do you have an actual roof rack?

Nice job. Good story. Pictures or a video would have been nice though!

I pulled my dads dually once, up a hill.

(cause it was out of gas)

Does that count?

Too bad you didn't get pics, would have been great.

I have a Pelican 116 Fishing Kayak. I plan to upgrade to an Ocean Kayak later when I become a better yakker, but that may never happen as I am more than likely going to get hold of a Baymaster Express Bay Boat.

I set them on the foam pads on top of the truck. Now I just toss it in the bed of the truck and tie it down. Much easier to get put in and take down.

awesome. I guess the dodge didn't have 4 wheel. cheers to a f150 owner and yakker. Maybe you're on TKF as well.
