Work in progress.

Bought the truck in November, was neglected by previous owner, so trying to fix it up.

Replaced the front bumpers in April and added brushguard.

Replaced the tailgate rail protector today as the previous owner ran wood screws into the tailgate to hold it down.

That's a nice, clean mounting location -- looks good.....

Out of curiosity, is that a vintage unit, or do CB radios just still look exactly like they did back in their heyday of the 1970's? The picture of yours gave me a flashback to the radios all of the older boys had in their pickup's during my pre-teen years back in the "Smokey and the Bandit" era.....

Thanks, I wanted the clean look. I just picked up another sun glass overhead console from a truck at the wreckers and slid the cb further towards back seat. Ill swap the position of the consoles when using CB.

It's an older unit, but most still come the same style faceplate.

Worked out well there, didn't loose my cup holders and avoided the ugly look of it on the dash.

I had mine aligned today, did the tie rods ( inner & outer ) in early 2015. Figured it was time to align it after 2,000 some miles and noticed a small tread pattern issue on the front right.

A friend of mine has a custom graphics shop, I emailed him the design I wanted and he made it for me. He most likely still has the template on file. He has done several custom S&W and Conceal Carry stickers for me.

The company name is Car-Isma and his name is Lewis. (312) 608-2262

$220 for the set and yes the front-end is stiffer, but not terrible. plus i really prefer a stiff suspension.

really happy with the results.
