Had remote start installed. Was going to go with the Ford 'Silver' RMST/KE but instead opted for Viper smartStart. I can now start my truck from pretty much anywhere my Evo 4G has coverage. Pretty sweet.

Got the other chrome piece off of the back door. Looks pretty good with the gloss black. My hands look like I got in a fight with a razor blade though. By the end of the week I should have the passenger side done too! That double sided tape they use is some tough stuff. Takes about an hour to hour and half per pillar.

did you try heating it up with a heat gun or something? Might make life a little easier.

Ya I'm using a hair drier, Industrial 3M adhesive remover and plastic putty knives. A torch is next on the list.

Then I'm going to try and tackle the door handle chrome. I'm hoping that's not as bad.

Yeah, one man's idea of cool is anothers PITA to remove... haha, good luck. Also, if you want PTM door handles, you can order a set on PartsTrain.com that comes smoothed and ready to paint. I am waiting for my OEM Lariat flares to arrive and I'll be having a set painted and installing them.

Haven't done much with it today or yesterday other than day dream about future plans - Gryphon CTS tuner, 8" suspension lift, 3.73 gears front and rear, True dual exhaust (hi flow cats, dyantech headers, borla mufflers, stainless tips, different CAI, 37" toyo A/T's, remote start/alarm, sound system, etc...could go on and on
