Anyone have any input on this?
Get one rating lower for the 35w if you want them to match.
For example for 55w 6000k heads get 35w 5000k fogs to match. Can never be 100% sure they will match though. I have 55w 5000k heads and 35w 4500k fogs and they match pretty good.

The hi/lo kits comes with a harness, but for the fogs you will need to buy one.

I have 35w slim hi/lo 6000Ks. only been running them for a couple of months but i have no complaints at all. go for the hi/lo because i know at least here in texas you can get in trouble with the police if you only have single-beams (its not illegal to only run single beams, but you are more likely to get out of a headlight ticket if you have both)

one of the best mods for the money in my opinion. the 6000Ks look good with just a hint of blue, but sometimes i wish i had gone for the 5000K. but its a matter of opinion really.

Edit: remember to angle down your headlights after doing this so that you dont blind oncoming traffic

That's not what DDM told me over the phone. They said the fogs are plug and play, simply use the factory ones.

They are. He was just saying the bi-xenons come with one, and that the fogs don't, so if you wanted on you'd have to buy it for the fogs, but not for the bi-xenons.

Chris - Did you have to do any drilling or enlarge the dust cover?

Nothing at all. Take the old bulbs out, put the new bulbs in, mount the ballast anywhere flat (don't put them somewhere where if the adhesive fails they will fall out, I mounted my drivers side one on the top of the wheel well and the drivers side behind the headlight where if it fell it wouldn't go far at all and put no strain on the wires), plug the bulb into the ballast and the ballast into the stock wiring harness on each side. Done.

Thanks Chris. I appreciate the input on where to place the ballasts, my neighbor and I worked on that for the headlights for about 45 minutes before we finally decided. I was not while about the adhesive, actually put an extra couple of zip ties aound them as well.

Whats up with showing two bulb numbers for the fog's? Am I gonna have to climb under there and look? Ugh, so much work. Somebody wanna come look for me

I think I am eying the 5000k heads, and will look at either 4500 or 5000 fogs. I will get the raptors just as I think the larger ballasts give a better heat sink and what not.

Do you have the raptor set? I could of sworn that I needed the harness for my fogs, but I can double check tomorrow.

From what I have seen the harness is optional, based on your factory wiring. I think I will get them if I feel its necessary later on. Not sure yet....
