What Did I Do To My Truck Today.
My Kings were just at King this week too
Its odd basically they did some similar stuff to mine. I think they are back with Sonny at Downsouth now though getting his final touch.
Would you say your Kings ride pretty smooth? or do you have them set up to be stiffer? I sent mine in to get a smoother ride and eliminate the "topping out" problem I was having.
Is your spring rate an 18"x800#? I thought that is what your springs read, mine is an 18"x700#; I wanted to swap out to a 16"x600# but Sonny and King said no need because of what they did with the 18" springs.

Some guys from this forum have had a chance to ride in my truck, they can attest how smooth the ride is considering the size and type of tire, hight and weight of the truck.

Lookin' good, Leo, I love seeing the things you do to your truck. Can't wait to see how the hood turns out, too. I'll bet those new tires run great! I'm hoping to replace my Toyos before they reach that much wear.
Sunday March 11th:
After I finished designing my window net and my wife finished sewing it together,

I added the Grommets

Then crazy got the best part of me and I made a bunch of holes around my windows

Then I took zippy ties to secure the net on my window openings.

With the windows up

With the windows down

The purpose of the window net is to be able to keep my windows rolled down and stop most of the dust from entering the truck, branches form slapping me or my passengers or being hit by flying pebbles when running the trials; it is intended for off road use only.
