Hub assembly torque specs

Does anyone know what the torque specs are when replacing the axle hub assembly? I have a diagram from autozone and it shows 20 ft-lb for the 36 mm nut and 148 ft-lb for the four bolts that hold the assembly to the spindle. Are the numbers correct? Also, I'm replacing the upper control arms and these spec would be helpful too. Thanks.

It's a new body style 4x4. GATOR those sound the same as the autozone numbers so I'll go with them. Thanks.
