Please i need your help

Ok first thing, its going to be a long one but pease read it cause i need some help. So i'm driving a 2004 F-150 5.4L with 57000 miles, and here is the problems, 6 months ago i throw a rocker, chewed up the cam, and broke an oiler, finally got a cam about a month ago so we tore into the head and changed all the rockers, oilers, cam, gaskets a bent valve and made sure the head was good, when we got it all back together it run good till it was in gear with the brake applied then it wants to die. it through throttle body codes so i replaced the tps, then it threw another code sayin its miss firing on first 1000 RPM's on cylinder 4. the same cylinder that threw the rocker replaced the spark plug, coil, checked injector, and cleared the code. it threw the code again with a new one and it was po0316 saying crank position sensor. so we replaced that. after all of this i still remain with code 0304 and 0316, misfire on 4 first 1000 RPM's and 0316, crank position sensor. cant figure out for the life of me what the problem is but if i don't find it soon this truck is going to inherit a dynamite stick and an insurance claim any help would be great and thanks for your time
