Access Bedcovers Awesome Customer Service

I have had an Lorado Roll up bedcover on my truck since new in 06. I have noticed lately a small tear or deep scuff mark on the cover. I emailed agricover to see how their warranty works. The guy emails me back wanting my serial number. I email him back with it, then 5 minutes later my phone rings customer service rep on the line from agricover. He says he is sending me new vinyl out tomorrow and tells me how to install it.

It is nice knowing that in this day and age a company will stand behind their product. I have bought 2 covers from them in the past and will definitely buy from them in the future. Thank you Randy for a job well done.

Yep!
Good company to deal with!
I've been using their covers for the last 15 years and only had 1 issue and it got fixed ASAP.

This is great news!

I've go a blemish that appeared after several years - and never considered the warranty.

Now I just gotta find the paperwork

Thanks, OP!

No need for paperwork just get on their site www.agricover.com, go to the contact us section and send them an email asking them about the warranty. They will ask for the serial number and contact info. The serial number is on the rear bow near the tailgate. Mine was on the right.

I had the same experience last summer. It makes it worth shelling out good money for a good product knowing that the customer service is so good.
