Door panel removal on 2004 f150

Hi everyone, I am replacing the bunny ear mirrors on my truck
to 2009 style mirrors.
Can someone give me direction on removing the door panel on
a 2004 f150 with manual windows and manual mirrors.
I find some post on electric windows but the removal on a door panel
with manual windows is different. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I know theres a step by step on here somewhere with pictures.. but heres what I can remember

using a flathead screw driver, pry off the speaker grill covers, remove an unplug speakers

theres a small piece behind the door handle, pry that off and remove the bolt behind it.

lift off the switch plate, unplug the switches and i think theres a bolt behind there too. you should be able to disengage the door handle from here too

there may be 2 screws on the bottom of the panel, remove those

the panel should be able to be removed now, lift up and out and the panel should come right off. hope that helps.

if it doesn't just pop up, you forgot a screw, there were quite a few... don't just yank up on it...

i used a spoon to pop the speaker grille off, it worked like a charm, no dammage done... the window switch pod will just pull staight up with a good tug...

other then that listen to RGSMDNR, he was dead on!

Thanks guys, keep in mind this is manual lock and window. Different setup than electric windows and lock.
I have searched this website (like I said in my post) for postings on door panel removal for a manual windows and locks. Came up with nothing but I have a feeling there is something out there I just need to be pointed in the right direction.
Any help on Door panel removal on a Manual window and manual locking door (xl) would be appreciated..Thanks again...

First you need to pry off the speaker cover near the front of the door.

Should look like this underneath:

Then unscrew the 4 bolts holding the speaker in using a 7/32" socket. Once all 4 are removed the speaker should just fall right out so be ready for that.

Then unplug the speaker and set it aside.

Remove the manual window handle by poppinig off the cover and unbolting it.

***I don't have one anymore since I have after market power windws installed. It is probably a larger torx head bolt holding it but I am nto sure.***

After that pry the little cover behind the door handle off and remove the 2 bolts behind there.

Should look like this:

Unbolt those with a 5/16" socket.

Once they are off unscrew the Phillips screw under the armrest.

Should be right here (Note: I lost the screw last time I took the panel off):

Once that screw is off remove the 2 bolts at the bottom of the door using a 6mm socket.

Here they are:

After removing those grab the door by the tray at the bottom and lift. It should pop right up.
