When I get there he says he didn't have an Escape (even though there's 30 of them on the lot) and gives my the keys to a 2010 FX4 (see where this is going?). The truck is in the shop for a few days, and let's just say my salesman is very, very good.

So I'm now the proud owner of a 2010 FX4, full load in fact it has everything I wish my 2007 had like heated seat and mirrors. Then toss in the Nav system and Sync which is awesome. I loved my 2007 and had no desire to buy a new one, but I gotta say the 2010's are quite a bit nicer.

I'll be leveling it out and swapping the tires over this week, photos to follow!
