Nice. Looks like my trucks stance. I just wish I had a place to put the shell on the back. I don't like it at all.

does the 3 inch block in the rear make the thing sit nose low? if you do a 2.5 level, doesent that make the truck level? how does yours look level if you have a 3 inch block in the rear? is there a 2 inch block in the rear factory or something im missing? great looking truck

4x4's have a 1.5" block in the rear. The Autospring kit replaces it with a 3" block. The 2.5" front kit made the front sit about 1/4" high, which is pretty much unnoticeable.

Here's a nice comparison shot from stock

YOUR Truck Looks AWESOME!! Nice work... I love when it's not stock but looks that way. Well at least looks the way Ford should have made it!
I have the same set up. 2.5 AS in the front and AS 3 inch blocks in the rear.

It does still give a little rake to it.
But not much as stock...

I was parked next to my twin the other day an 05 FX4 Flareside that had a 4 inch SkyJacker lift on it and theres hardly a noticable differance in height.

The MODS
AirAid modular intake tube, K&N filter, Magnaflow Exhaust 45'd out each corner, Line-X'd bed and fender wells, 2.5 Inch AS Level Kit and 3 inch AS Rear Block, 1 Mile range Viper 5900 SST remote start and alarm system, JL Audio Stealthbox, JL Audio 500/1, JL Audio 300/4, Alpine Type-R 6.5 inch components in front doors, Alpine Type-R 5x7's in rear doors, Alpine Iva-w505, LOTS of Dynamat, 15% Tinted windows, Billet Grills in factory H-bar and lower bumper, EGR Slim Line Vent Shades, 325/60/20's Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10's MaxCarR's HID kit.

Sorry about the pic size. I can't edit it from this computer.

The 325's

The Old 275's from an F350

Great looking truck! Just a tire swap and a little height can change the whole look. Nice job. Here is what I am thinking, I will take some decent pics of the truck and then have you guys help me out on what to do, then one of you can pay for it! Any volunteers?

skyjacker only makes a 3in. kit i believe so that would probably explain the not much of a difference.

oh and OP truck looks great.

Your truck looks great! Black headlights would definitely add a nice touch.

So I'll make a long story short:

my truck goes into the shop for some warranty work, my salesman says he'll give me an Escape to drive since the wife is interested in buying one soon. When I get there he says he didn't have an Escape (even though there's 30 of them on the lot) and gives my the keys to a 2010 FX4 (see where this is going?). The truck is in the shop for a few days, and let's just say my salesman is very, very good.

So I'm now the proud owner of a 2010 FX4, full load in fact it has everything I wish my 2007 had like heated seat and mirrors. Then toss in the Nav system and Sync which is awesome. I loved my 2007 and had no desire to buy a new one, but I gotta say the 2010's are quite a bit nicer.

I'll be leveling it out and swapping the tires over this week, photos to follow!
