2005 FX4 Supercab- 101k miles and runs and drives great. Had plugs replaced @ 75k to new style (dealer broke 3 in process, nothing dropped into head) 
Truck is as strong and reliable today as it was when I bought it! Had some of the before mentioned window regulator issues, all covered under extended warranty I bought, other than that...change oil, drive like you stole it!
Even the paint looks great!
