Question Rear view camera

Im thinking about adding a rear view camera to help with backing up at night a little better being my windows are limo tinted. I already have a Kenwood DD that has camera hook up. Just wondering where would be a good place to mount the camera?Im also going to up grade my reverse lights to brighter blubs. Any pics of where you guys have your cameras mounted please post them. Thank you

Here is one way of doing the installation... Frame mounting bracket plus a camera mounted to it... Very clean look...

Mine is a bolt on to the license plate. Works great. Shown here with a separate 7" monitor that has since been replaced with a Kenwood DD HU.

Trailer brake that doesn't work. It came on the truck and the wires are all messed up on it.

Done and complete in March 2005. So good that Ford copied it. Click photo below, click Mods, click Sound and Video, click Reverse Video Camera. Enjoy!

Probably easier now to just order the Ford parts.

Whoops, forgot... Click Mod Notes at the end for the step by step.

I installed one four or five years ago and mine doesn't work well at night. they maay be improved now. I got mine to hook up my travel trailer and to keep from running over kids.
