TRUE leveling kit gain

Don't know if you guys worked this out yet, but here's my experience. I put an AS 1.5 leveling kit on my 04 screw. The part actually measures 1.25 and it lifted the truck 2.5. So be careful what you get. I ended up ordering the 1" urethane kit from daystar and will cut it to 3/4" to get the 1.5 since whatever the actual size of the shim is will double the lift it says it will provide.

very true.... the daystar kit actually measures, if i remember right, about 1.375 inches. I thought too, of milling the urethane down, but then you would have to cut the stud extenders- and the studs on the factory assembly- down too and the perfect height wasn't quite that important to me. I actually like how it sits now quite well.

The 1.5" kit gave you 2.5"'s?!?! Did you have it aligned? Doesn't sound right man...

I have the daystar 2.5 kit on my 06 f150 screw lariat. The front definitely sits higher than the rear, which made me order a 3 inch block for the rear, which i still have to install.



but from the right angle it looks level:
