New to the crew family

I just bought a 2006 FX4 crew, picked it up 2 weeks ago. She has 34,000 kms on it and is in mint condition. I traded my 2001 F150 Offroad in on her. Some pics below.

Question, I looked underneath the truck and didn't see any torsion bars, so is the only way to level this truck with a leveling kit?

Nice color combo and congrats! You'll love it. As for the torsion bar question you're correct...I'd get a 2.5" level from AS. (Thats just going by everything I've read).

Get a 2" AS leveling kit. A 2.5" AS will make the front higher than the rear.

Nice looking truck. Your first mod should be to pull that dealer sticker off the tailgate.

Nice looking truck! Very clean! I supposed all trucks look really clean when you compare them to black.

This is only PARTIALLY correct.

There is NO hard-fast rule on level kits. Period.

I installed the 2" kit on my truck (2006 Screw, same as the OP) and the front sat 1/2" higher than the rear.

I installed the Firestone Air bags to correct the difference.

Just assume very truck is going to be different.

So he needs a 1 1/2" kit if he wants his truck to look right. This is FULLY correct.
