i have 04 xl. trying to instale power windows .so replaced the regaluters and acuators driver and passenger side i even replaced the the factory wiring and instaled a BSM from 2004 xlt.every thing is wired LIKE THE XLT SO MY POWER LOCKS ARE WORKING FINE BUT NOT THE POWER WINDWS.ANY IDEAS PLEASE

 

do you have power to the master switch? Its a pretty simple system so its gotta be something simple, if all else fails find the power wire and hook it to the battery temporarily to see if it works

 

but the light blue wire that goes to the inst.cluster is hot . so when i touch this wire with my test light the power windows works fine plus the radio which didnot work before.even when the truck is off.

 

I'd scrap the way the factory has it wired up and run the power to a relay from the battery and the accessory from the fuse box, that's how I did it

 

note that chime sound not working when the key is inthe ignetion

 

so i have to wire a new relay with a new acces.that is correct yes, if so can send the main switch wiring. cause i have no pwer to the swich to know which wire goes where.thank for the help.

 

i dont have my diagrams with me, i'd have to look at em tmr

 

To f#22,1,35,36.7 and 8 . Can any body tell me what is the common between this fuses.is it a fuse box problem?
