Just my opinion here, but I think he should get T.A.C. status for this write up, he deserves it after going into this mod blindly and figuring it out for the rest of us.

Here is a good pdf file from a manual that gives instructions on removing/installing the cables and and exploded view of the components. Not sure if live links are allowed so just change the hxxp to http.

P.S. Anyone that has to replace a power slider because one of the side windows are broke....Keep the tray that the middle window sits it. You may be able to sell in the classifieds. Some auto wreckers may not let you take it if the window is not broken.
