Changed oil to 10-30. Have not heard a peep; everything sounds like a sewing machine.

Today I just finished replacing cam shaft, and three followers and lifters on cylinder 3 on the right side. This cylinder has been pointed out to be 90% of the time the failure on this engine. Good luck...By the way 143k miles here in our hot Roseville valley.

My '07 at 70K+ miles this morning, so quiet I forget it's even running.

When I traded in my 2005 F150 back in 2016 for my 2012 Mustang GT I bought used it had 198310 miles on the clock. I bought the truck new in November of 2005 it had 10 miles on the clock when it rolled off the lot.

My 07 has 252K. I've had it for about a year and half and put a few thousand on it. I'm the second owner.

. You've got me beat. I'm at 272,000. Are you losing about 2 quarts of oil every 3-4k miles like I am. I drive her pretty hard now that she's driving like a mustang after doing the full timing job. I know I'm due for some headers and a new exhaust but other than that she's great.

On stand but for when I get an impact wrench I have all of the radiator and heater core hoses on hand along with a new power steering pump and threw hoses, Lower control arms and End links and other bushings.

2006 f150 5.4l triton

The truck made it to 360,000k and still going. Replaced exhaust manifolds-and studs also pretty sure got the cam phasers locked out. Burns oil but not too bad.

Nice, you've got me beat by a bit. Original motor and transmission?

I've got 325,800 on my 04 Lariat. I'm the 3rd owner, bought it at 190k and at the time, it was on its 2nd motor with 60k on it. (Prev owner replaced motor due to head issues).
