And this is what I'm thinking of doing, lol. I'm thinking of selling my truck for the Ignot Silver HD and re-powder coating my wheels, just don't know what color as of now.

Finally joined the club. Little concerned I put what I though the 44 on the front. Seemed a little wider than the others. The place I bought them from stated they were a offset 2x44 and 2x30 prob is the front stick out a bit. They don't seem flush. Back seem pretty flush. Put them on my 2010 platinum. I know dumb. But the 44 is suppose to be wider? Just seems like the wider should be in back. Let me know.

The 44's go on the front and the 30's on the rear if you want them like they came on the Saleens. If you look at the lug nuts, they will be inset further on the 30's (rear) and very close to the surface on the 44's (front). You can see this on my pics in post #120.

The problem with the "sticking out" is a matter of having the wheel opening moulding or not. I'm willing to bet if they are "sticking out", you don't have the fender trim. Even you go with 44's on all corners, the rears will be close to flush, but the fronts will still stick out slightly.

Here is with and without trim.

thanks for the info. i had them on backwards. got them changed up. dont stick out as far. look good could stick out a little due to tires. got the grabbers. little wider. got some lock lugs and only prob is the front ones are not flush like the reg lugs. i guess beats getting them ripped out.. oh well FML for nothing working but

for some reason i cant uploand any pictures it keeps asking for a URL address. anyone know what else i am doing wrong.

You can't post pics directly, but have to use a photo hosting site such as Photobucket; upload your pics to your album at the site, then copy & paste the URL for that particular pic and it will show up in the post as mine did.

Is it just me or are the 30 and 44 numbers in reference to offset and not how wide it is?

If you had 44mm of offset it would tuck under a bit more. I have no clue what else a 44 or 30 could be. Sure as hell isn't a width. Those rims looking like 10 inches wide or 255mm.

There was a post here that mentioned buying all 4 rims with a 44 offset and using a 1/2 inch spacer. That makes a ton of sense if you want to ever rotate the tires. Just use good spacers and make sure you have the right lug nuts. Kudos for coming up with a good thought.

You are correct, the numbers refer to the offset. And again, you are correct; the 44mm "tuck" or set in 14mm (approx. 1/2") more than the 30's.

If you are going to use all 44s, you wouldn't want to use the spacer on the front, only the rear to essentially give you the original 30mm offset.

BTW, the wheels are 10" wide.
