Window trim and B Pillar Removal

I'm trying to find some info on removing the window trim on an 06 FX4 Screw. Front and rear. Also removal of the B Pillar. Anyone done this? Held in by clips or what? Thanks.

Close with the vinyl. Think hydrographics.

Red and gray strips. Sorta like a candystriper uniform you see at the hospitals.
