will i fail inspection/emissions for california?
so i have to get an inspection and emissions test done to send back to north carolina so i can renew my registration. I'm in california this is what i have

3.5" AF1 cold air intake
troyer custom tunes, running 87 performance
magnaflow sido
6" rcd lift
35" nitto mud graps

I suggest you get a ScanGauge II. It has a program on it that will read codes, tell you what they are, clear them, and will even tell you if you will pass state inspection, amongg other awesome things: ~$150
clearing them probly wont do much. when you do the OBD test it comes up w/ everything it test for and comes up ready, not ready or n/a. in texas if you have 2 not ready's or more you fail. for some reason lately its passed a few people for having 2 not ready's which it should not but we can't do anything about it. usually not readys just mean you recently unplugged your battery and just means driving. but if you have a code and do that after driving it will pop w/ it back up. and most inspection places wont tell you this but for an OBD vehicle they can do a pre-lim and see if you will pass before they test you. we usually only use this so people dont waste there free re-inspect.
