I've had them for over a year now sitting in my office. Last year when I bought them I broke my foot so I coudnt drive the truck. I got them pretty cheap too, my buddy owns a tire shop and gave them to me for $350. one wheel has some curb rash but for $350 they were worth it. I took better pics with my camera.

Well guys I wish I had an update or progress report on my truck but sadly thats not the case. I hit a bit of a snag. Last thursday I was rushed to the hospital with chest pains and dizziness. Some of you have seen my wedding pic I put up so you know I'm a big guy. Needless to say I was very scared! The ER doctors sent me to the urgent care clinic but the only time available wasnt for another 8 hours. So I went home thinking it wasnt that bad then. I returned that night to the clinic and had an EKG and an Xray done. I'm happy to say the EKG showed my heart was in great shape and the Xray showed no signs of any thing either. To get to the route of the real problem I have to explain what happened a week before, My tow truck needed a fuel pump so I went to swap it out but to my surprise my 460 with a 4 barrel carb used an electric pump in the tank. So I removed the tank which was almost empty, drained what was left in the tank, put in another pump and put the empty tank back up. It ran for maybe a minute and crapped out again. I had to start the process all over again. The empty tank was not heavy at all but it was very long. Since I was doing all this all by myself with a floor jack it was hard to get everything all hooked up and bolted on so it put a good amount of strain on my chest, so multiply that x2. then 2 days later I helped a friend get some tires on some rims that were a little too wide for the tires. My tire machine only did 3/4s of the job so I used a long prybar to finish the job. After that I felt like my chest would cave in every time I raised my arms. I shrugged it off as the day went by and felt fine for a few days. Then suddenly I started getting these sharp pains that would last for a second that made me completely stop in my tracks. So on thursday they got worse and combined with the heat I started to pass out. I was still trying to be Mr. tuff guy but when I saw my wife's face as tears rolled down her cheeks I called my sister to drive me to the ER. So the doctor said I have a strained chest wall and a mild case of heart burn that made things worse. The good thing is I know my heart is ok but this was a huge wake up call! I need to get in shape and take better care of myself! So all the mods to the truck will have to wait till I get better and I pay off my hospital bills. I thank God I'm still here with my beautiful wife and I'm able to tell you guys this story. I cant do any heavy lifting or any activity that will strain my chest or I have to start the healing process all over again. But like I said thank God I'm still here!

Finally started driving again this week. Tires are on and it feels great to drive my truck. Only problem I've had is someone backed into the front bumper and left a dent and a chip in the paint. Ticked me off when I saw it this morning!

it really does! I have a guy lined up to do the interior already. I'm thinking of going with a darker material. Something that wont stain as easy and is easier to clean. I have so many things I still want to do but not enough funds. This site is killing my bank account

I let my dad borrow my truck since he helped me get it back on the road. He took a trip to Ensenada for a week. I was stuck driving his Kia Sedona. That thing has some power! Well he got back with my back seats missing. One of his church friends down there said he would do all the seats for just the cost of the material. I asked him for darker seats so I hope it turns out great! It was a surprise to me so I couldnt take any before pics. Next week he goes down there to handle some more church business and to have the front seats done. I think he just did it so he could ride around in the truck for another week , but I'm glad he loves the truck like I do!

I let my mom drive my truck today. She didn't want to give it back when I got off work.

Hey man if i were you i would just put on some 2" lowering shackles. a dark blue (ford blue) pin stripe would be very original too.

I still cant make up my mind on the pinstripe color. I have a friend who knows a guy that does classic von dutch type pin striping. He should know what colors flow best. To be honest though with black and silver a few colors will work.
