Finally Got My Truck Back!!!!!

Well back in october I was in an accident right as I was about to get home. I was 5 houses from my house when some chic hit me right on my right fender and door. Well she had no insurance and no ID so she was taken away so I was left with fixing my truck and paying for the fire hydrant I knocked over. So I took my truck to a body shop where the owner owed me money. Worst mistake I ever made! It took him 6 months to get the truck back to me and I'm not 100% satisfied with the work. Some pieces are still missing but atleast I have my truck back. He was suppose to add the FX2 valance but he completely crapped out on me at the end. Up close the work looks like crap! I'm still considering whether to take legal actions against him or to just let it go and let God take care of him. so here are some pics of it before when I bought it:

how it looks now:

I added the 07 bumper so I could get the FX2 valance and color matched it and the mirrors. The black on the hood and roof was just to change things up a bit. I still need to get a black trim piece that goes at the bottom of the fender and the cover for the antenna base. I also added a Peripheral i-simple that I got at circuit city for $30 bucks before they closed:

This thing works great! I can control my Ipod with the factory radio. Best $30 bucks I ever spent! I still want to buy the valance to complete the front end and I have my 22's that are on my sig and a set of harleys that just need tires. I'm low on cash so rims will have to wait for a while. Let me know what you guys think!! New pics on page 3

Up close the paint is too thick and it needs to be color sanded, plus some spots on the door are wavy.

I tried but he was a complete a-hole. But you know what they say; What goes around comes around so I'm sure he'll get his.

Well, you get what you payed for. In your case, you got way more than what you payed. I would have had a professional do all the body work.

Well since he wasn't getting paid for the job, he apparently half assed it and made it a secondary objective. That's why it took so long. My friend got a free paint job from his relatives workers, and it came out looking worse then when it went in.

From the pictures, it does look good!
