Not with just the lift, but with the added weight of it and the larger tires, and wheels. The weight reduces gas mileage, with a regear and tune, you can gain some of that back.

Regear for 4wd, I'd guess around $1,500 dollars. And personally the best tune to get, is a Gryphon PHP with one custom tune is $440. So around $2,000. On top of the close to 5,000 or so for lift, wheels, tires.

dont get a body lift, they look bad... you are pretty much left with the fabtech, if you are 2wd, its the only one that officially made for 2wd... rancho and superlift DOES require cutting

Body lifts, just aren't worth the money, IMO. If done correctly, and moved hitch up and make everything fit snug, look fine to me.

I just removed the Procomp 6" lift from my 04 2wd and returned to stock with a level kit. There is no cutting involved in the procomp kit and is easily returned to stock if you save the stock parts.

Are Doetsch suspension systems good or better than pro comp or fabtech?

The parts for the lift kit itself weigh well over 250 pounds.

I worded that wrong. Meant more of a, it's not only the lift. That still doesn't make sense, but you get the point.
