ok well first of all when i put ... i was just seeing if my signature picture worked... and second of all i am putting 2 pioneer 10's, 2 6 by 9 speakers, and two titanium tweeters. ill post pics tomorrow we got all the pieces cut out today so we just have to put them together...
ok we got the box put together... now we gotta put the plexiglass in and cut all the holes for the subs speakers and tweeters, then carpet or leather the whole thing... still trying to decide on that. if you could please give me your idea about that one
heres some pics if i can figure out how to put them on

ya we still have to put trim around the edges but i did finally decide today that im going to just get black carpet... i think im going to go ahead and carpet my whole truck too
If you are set on leather (or vinyl) on the box, you could spend an afternoon with a belt sander and some other basic sanding tools to smooth everything out, or even layer it with some body filler and smooth that out instead. I was initially thinking you were going to build a box to fit with the rear set in place, but this is certainly a surprise. Props for your willingness to think outside the box (no pun intended).
ya i might just have to do that once i get it all done... but ya i dont use my rear seat anyways bc its so small back there so might as well add a little custom to the rear... i bought the black carpet today for 125 bucks for a 12 by 8 square foot piece
That looks pretty good. I was thinking you were going to put the mids and tweeters in the box too, but good thing you didnt. Keep those in front of you for staging purposes.
