Its a requirement for FX4s to have fender flares, paint them, then back on! But I like the looks without the bull bar much more. Not bad without the running boards either.

haha thats funny, I currently have mine off because i smashed one against a rock and so I took both off. My Fiance said that I HAVE to get new ones or I have to come pick her up and put here into the truck myself

There's a set already painted white on E-bay off of an '04-'08........just sayin. Probably cheaper to paint your own though.

here is a question then.

if I paint the flares to be Oxford White, do I sand the pebbled texture down...Like a Lariat/KR has?

or leave them textured?





I kinda like the idea of white flares, but then I also lose alot of my black/white theme. I'm also thinking it would look pretty much just like a Limited model

oh yeah, and thanks for all the suggestions. they make it hard to pick a certain idea, but I like getting all my options out there
