Well, how many times can you afford to replace them? I mean, I know Napa is replacing them under warranty for you, but how much is your time and effort worth at this point?

I havent had any problems with the replacements, I have replaced all of my factory calipers with napa rebuilds, I have the issues with the factory calipers, the replacements have been great thus far

maybe you just got a lot of calipers that were crap, i have never heard of this. i know guys who got over 125k on their calipers and no issues.

i think my truck is just a turd, every time i turn around its having some kind of problem, I will never buy a previously leased vehicle again

i would NEVER buy a leased car or a loaner car, a majority of them get molested to the fullest extent. and why not the owner don't have to fix them i remember once i got a ford taurus sho for a loaner, i made sure to return it with bald tires there's a reason they will always sell them for a good deal

I learned my lesson, it pays for a vehicle to have a good break in period, mine clearly did not, or it was just made on a friday. I just looked, March 19, 2004, my build date, was in fact, a friday...just my luck

I have had both fronts fail (not release) One happend about 7 months ago at 80k and the other one when out last week 87k.

had rear calipers and master cylinder replaced 2 weeks ago.. i have the premium warranty so didnt cost me but 75.00 !!! 65,000 miles.. dealer said this was a problem on some 04's...

Unfortunately I don't know anything more about them other than that the outside dimensions measured up. The other two weren't even close and the third I didn't get to see, sorry.
I bought them locally from Lordco auto parts in Abbotsford BC Canada. They were about $90 Canadian.
