Also, and this sounds unreal, but a buddy told me you can get some dents out with a hair dryer and compressed air. He said you can heat the dent with a hair dryer (heat) then spray the canned compressed air (cold) on it and it will pop out.
tried this method today on one of the dents on my fender and it didnt work at all. after seeing videos, it seemed like it worked wonders but it failed horribly so i still have an ugly dent to look at
