Did you disconnect anything? Any vacuum hoses come undone? Could it be your belt slipping?

Ummm yeah that might do it

Go through the engine and check every connection you can find and make sure they don't have any water in them and that they're on tight.

well just got back from the truck! and the engine bay is dirty as hell.. so i did a once over to see if the connections were lose and they were good... the sound is still there it seems like its coming from the bottom right pulley area??? im not sure how to properly check the belts tightness.. u said it might be it?? but i really cant think of what it is.. so tomarrow ima clean the engine bay really well and start all over again?? do the pulleys have to be lubricated in some way?? kinda soundin like that could be it??

Either make a video of the truck making the noise and post it on here or just take it to a shop and let them figure it out.

Sounds like the pulley bearing wore out. They tend to do that over time.

Yes bad bearings make odd sounds, and I would definitely change the pulley.

It being loose and a bearing being worn out are two different things. You could give it a try though. Hard to accurately diagnose the problem from Texas.

Ok so i come back to this thread to put it to rest.. took it to the ford house here in alaska thinkin aww man ima get raped on charges and what not.. so the problem was the lower idler pulley and bearing.. so they fixed it and came to pick it up and the bill was 60 bucks i was like WOW!!! sweet!! did that work and clean the crap out of my engine bay for me for free.. looks like it just came off showroomfloor!!! so i am very proud today to be a ford owner!!! hahah and would like to say SEEKINS FORD IN FAIRBANKS ALASKA TAKES CARE OF THERE PEOPLE!!!
