Are you sure you gave the correct info. What i find for NHTSA Number:10021282 on Google has to do with the Fuel System not the front end.

Failing Component:
Fuel System, Gasoline
Summary:
Emission recall. Software could cause the catalyst monitor to stop functioning when changing fuels.

Well i think i finally got her fixed. Yesterday i had the alignment checked. The toe was out on both sides in the front. I also had all four wheels road forced balanced. They all balanced perfectly the first time except the one on the drivers side from. They had to pop the bead and rotate the tire on the wheel 180 degrees to get it to balance correctly.

Cool! Good to hear! I think the road force balance is the way to go.
