Thumbs up Leveled

Finally got a 2 1/2" Day Star Kit on Now I'm torn between getting 20's or 18's

Looks great! Regardless of which rim size you choose just get bigger tires. 33's or as close to that as you can will really make a big difference.

I'd just put some 34 or 35's on the stock wheels and use the wheel money for something else. Programmer, exhaust etc.

x2 on that

I like your factory FX4 rims

but if you really need new rims, 4WheelParts has a ton of rims in their clearance area for $100 to 150 each in a 20" rim. Some aren't even that bad looking

Looks nice, I would go with 20's if I was getting new rims, but I like the fx4 rims.

20"s would be a good choice, so would 18"s. The bigger tire will make the most difference, but stick with the 33"s.IMO

I don't like 20" wheels, don't really like 18's. The smaller wheel with a bigger tire looks way better IMO. A good rule of thumb - don't get your wheel over 1/2 the size of total hight. 20" wheel shouldn't have any smaller tire than a 40" tire (for off roading purposes). When your serious about wheeling, you'll destroy your wheels without sidewall to protect it.

I recently installed my leveling kit and went with Mickey Thompson 305/55/20's! I LOVE them. I honestly think the factory 20's are some of the nicest looking wheels around on our trucks. You can find a whole set for dirt cheap these days. Search these and other sites classified or craigslist.

Looks higher in front. I'd look into a bigger rear block.

My thing is, leveled trucks, 18s and 33s. But if you ever plan on lifting it further I'd get 20s.

IMO, 20s= lift, 18s=level.
