35" nitto mg + 2.5" as?

Anyone know if this combo will work? I have 04 fx4 with 2.5 as and I machined some aluminum 2" blocks for the rear. I'm trying to decide which tires to go with either 33's or 35's....

Aftermarket or stock rims? With the stock rims 35's will rub at full lock and with aftermarket rims they will probably rub on the valence or bumper. And 33 mud graps look pretty good on a leveled truck with most likely no rubbing.

for a 4x4:
stock rims= 35/12.5 max with slight rubbing at full lock

you cant go over a 12.5" tire or you will be asking for trouble with the stock rims. if you are using aftermarket wheels, they specs need to be as close to OEM as possible if you want to run 35's, if your getting a wheel that will push your tire out stick with 33s

with a mud terrain you might have a slight more rub due to the aggressive tread pattern on the side of the tire but you should be fine

if your using a 2" block on the rear, with the 2 1/2" spacer on the front you should sit probly perfectly level.

Sorry i didn't specify, yes they are going on stock 18's, i like either sizes but would rather go with 35 mud graps, they're like $25 cheaper per tire

What Load Range are they? That would cause a huge fluctuation in price.

Been there, done that.

You'll need a 1/4" wheel spacer on the fronts to minimize the rubbing with 35's. OH NO! WHEEL SPACERS!? Yes, wheel spacers. I ran them for about 20K miles with no problems until I got my lift and 37's. Be sure and keep those suckers rotated cause they wear down quickkk. Also hope you like the sound of airplanes because you'll be hearing something like one every time you drive. Looks badass though!
