It looks like the kit + the supercharger is around $5k....and the RWHP gains are ....150ish?

FatherFord, you may want to talk to JDM about fuel upgrades with 12psi.

Jim, is the 12PSI achieved with a 3.0" pulley or are you all using something smaller?
My fuel system is already upgraded.

I'm currently running 450rwhp/450rwtq on 12lbs with my vortech for over 3 years. I have seen more hp on my "hot tune", but don't want the internals at 500+rwhp.

I'm looking for around the same hp, 450-480rw, but for the tq to come on down low(under 2k) unlike my vortech.

I have someone else looking into for me right now...

We offer a pulley combination for 12 psi, the stock fuel pump will begin to max out there however. What upgrade do you already have? We usually convert to a twin pump setup by modifying the stock pump assembly and a GT500 assembly.

The Saleen blower usually makes well over 500 ft lbs of torque from the hit of the throttle on with about 450 HP. Our truck made 560 at 480 RWHP!! This was on 13.5 psi running a 2.87 upper and 12% overdrive lower. We had a very free flowing exhaust with American Racing Long tube headers and no cats too. It would fry the tires on a 40 mph rolling kick down you know what kind of face the guy in the corvette next to you gives when you do that

Don't recall the pump exactly. It was supposedly the same one out of an Saleen s7. We reached over 500rwhp with my vortech on this setup, and still had more left. Being we were on stock internals though we backed it down to 450rwhp.

That is good to hear about the tq. Although it's good for street racing on street tires, it sure would be nice to just rip the tires up whenever I wanted.

I'm on stock manifolds, true duel, high flow cats, through a magnaflow muffler dumped after that axle. Already have an electric fan setup.

what about the guys who have a FFV 5.4? it has a bigger fuel pump from the factory. Still a similar HP/TQ limitation though?

The S7 pump uses a focus pump actually! They did twin (individual holsters) focus pumps for those cars. I can certainley believe the vortech making that kind of power, they are awesome for peak power numbers. The torque is pretty lack luster on the graph though so i feel you pain. A twin screw pushing 450 RWHP is going to get you 500+ ft lbs of torque from the hit of the throttle on. That is most of the power you will see and feel for normal everyday driving. With the setup you have already im thinking just the blower kit and our intake, pulley, and tune.. your looking at 430-450 RWHP already!

Still the same limitations, the single pump setup is only good for about 450 RWHP max!

Do you have anymore pictures of this truck? Like some rear end shots. What did they use to cover the holes where the tie downs were?
