It looks good!! I was always wondering what a leveled truck with aftermarket rims but stock tires would look like, I almost went that route before I got a great deal on my 325 Nittos, and it looks really nice.
As for adjusting the headlights, I don't remember how many turns I went down but this is a easy way that I use to adjust them. Pull up to your garage door, or a wall, and stay about 10 ft away. With the head lights turned on mark the "top edge" of the light pattern on the door/wall with a piece of tape. Adjust the lights so that the top edge of the light pattern is around 3" below the tape, so this to both lights, then take the truck out for a drive to see how the lights are shining on the road. For there you will have to fine tune the lights to your liking, but it will get you in the ball park.
