Just some opinions, please.
I'm 6'3 and I'm fine with them. It might, just adjust it to fit you comfortably, and with the seat covers that would help. My seats are very comfy, the cloth seats don't have as much cushion as the leather, which is disappointing.

It weighs a little bit less, so yeah, but there are stock speed limiters of 99, so either way.
Ah.
Would there be any way of getting rid of that stock speed limiter?
I'm not wanting to go too fast, but I don't like paying for the power,
and not being able to use it.
I'm just mainly thinking of acceleration.
EDIT: My only cars have been a 72 Mustang Convertible, and a 66 Mustang Fastback, so I don't really know anything about speed limiters.

There are a lot of rumors going around concerning the 2010 motor. The thoughts of the Diesel(I hope) or the Ecoboost engine. No one knows, I contacted Ford directly and they said it was confidential. No one really knows, that i've found.
Let me give you a straight simple answer.
I have a 2004 5.4L Supercab 6'5 bed 4x4. I love it. It is perfect. Although, the XLT trim ( cloth seats and plain looks, but power all and a cd changer ) is kind of a bummer, I love luxury, a Lariat would have much better suited me with its leather, better looking gauges, and more redundant controls, and the 18" standard wheels with BFGoodrich tires.
But i'm not picking on my truck. Its a great truck. 72k miles, never had a major problem, i'm the 2nd or 3rd owner though. Its very sound, built tough, frame isn't rusted to hell, I put a sweet exhaust under it and customized it to my likings some and even my Chevy friends like it. I had a 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD before, it was a fun big truck ( 6.0L gas, Crew cab 6'5 bed ) real loud which sucked but my fault for going Flowmaster lol, but I didn't like the built quality, or its breaking down on me twice. My F150 got me about 14mpg average when I bought it, I noticed 15.3 after I put a couple tanks of my light foot driving through it, and after exhaust and more PSI in the tires 16.2 was the highest average. I Get 18.4mpg highway. Satisfies me very much from my Silverado's 12.6mpg avg and 14mpg highway.
Some good tips for buying trucks, Look at the build date, if its built during the year it is ( such as my '04 model was one of the last built models completed in 4/04 ) The last model ones are always the best built, with all of the bugs worked out. Some 2005s have an injector problem, which contains the injectors staying open filling the cylinders with fuel, all 5.4Ls came with a stupid 3 piece spark plug set up but it can be changed, run it until you can afford to change them. And look for something in an FX4 pkg if your going to be in the dirt roads much. All FX4s come standard with 4wd, and a 5.4L. I think the Supercab is perfect. Plenty of rear seat room, and you get the 6'5 bed. I would hate to have a Supercrew with a dinky 5'5 bed.

Hey Get an 08 or newer 4x4 5.4L I herd that these trucks have the most pwr and less kinks in them also I have a 05 F-x4 I get about 15mpg city it has a huge gas tank so you can drive two weeks before re-fuel also I have a 40 series flowmaster exhaust sounds great the old muffler was 3ft long this one is much smaller helps on gas mileage
I love it, i drive from D.C to Houston,Tx & back and it fits my 2 boys in booster chairs and still has loads of room for luggage that u dont want in the bed.
i even fit two booster chairs and a baby sit in there with plenty of room
now with bed cover dont have to worry about tying luggage down and so that makes even more room in the cabin lol
i like it and it looks good
