Truck Stumbling From Stop

So, I got tired of the stock program several weeks ago, and went back to my Troyer Tune - 93 Octane Performance with 3.5" AF-1 Intake. Since then, the truck slightly stumbles every time Itake off from a stop when you initially get on the accelerator. It doesn't die, but stumbles a bit. It never did it stock, and never did it before with any program - VMP or Troyer.

What could it be? I thought that maybe I could try cleaning off the MAF sensor as I just cleaned my filer and reoiled it, but the sensor looks fine. No codes are being thrown, but it's annoying me. Otherwise, she runs fine down the highway.

On Edit:

I see the AIC could be a culprit, but I read that a 2008 does not have an AIC. Is this true? Is it controlled by electronics? I wonder if this issue is realted to the high-pitched whistle coming from the trottle body "area". Maybe a problem trying to surface.

I would try defaulting it back to stock. Then reload the tunes you want.

Hey Smoke, mine did the same thing, turns out it was the 90 degree rubber boot between the AF 1 and the throttle body was slipping off the TB. Just put it back on and tighten the s**t out of the clamp.
