KBB says it's good. I'd offer them 16K and go from there. You might want to wait til the next gas crisis to pick up one of these bad boys.

Seems high for the times. I just purchased my 08 F150 SuperCrew 4x4 (XLT Trim) with 19,000 miles for right at $20,000, and the dealer added a frame mounted tow hitch. Suggested KBB for mine was +$24K for comparison purposes. KKB for an 06 Lariat 4x4 with some of the options shown, and adjusting for mileage, was around +$22 to $23.6K suggested retail, so they are at a fair price but it's not a great deal. But as someone else already said, if this truck has your name all over it because it has everything you want, go for it. But try offering at least 10% and see where it goes...they can only say "no" but they might say "yes"!
