I would say high by 3 or maybe even 4k. But hey, if YOU can afford it, it's the truck YOU want then buy it.

I paid around 19 including tags and taxes and property taxes for an 06 FX4 19k miles with bed rug, fold-a-cover, and rear entertainment DVD back in Nov.

If I were you I'd offer 17,500 and see where they go. I bet you can find a lower miles truck for about the same money out there, though. I looked for quite awhile before the one I bought came up. In the price range, years and options I wanted they all seemed to have over 40k on them. But like I said, YOU'RE the one buying the truck, not me.

if you are super good, you could take another 2500 off... but its a pretty average deal right now.. not too good but not bad... priced the 08's lately?

That it way too high. I just bought my 06 Lariat three weeks ago. I paid 18.5K with the factory extended warranty for everything. And also they gave me 3.9% apr for 4 years.
I still know I could have haggled them down more, but overall I'm happy with the deal.

Can't compare a Supercab to a Supercrew - the crew is around $2000 higher.

In this case, I would say $19-20k is probably a fair price. Around here that would be a great deal.

Depends on where you live...i just bought a 06 lariat screw 4x4 in Nov that had 33K for 25K....but it took me more than a month to find one....seems all black (no tan stripe and black interior) lariats are hard to find around here....and i had a trade to pay off...i would say if its what you want get it...but you may be able to find one with somewhat less mileage for around the same

Way too high. There are still O8's on the lots if you can find one. Most of them have about 10000-11000 off sticker. But if that's the one you want I wouldn't pay more than about 19000

Seems like a normal used truck price. I would either email them asking for their internet price on the truck, or start an $17500 and let them work the price up from there until they get tired.

Search for one at www.fordcpo.com, lots to choose from and can give you a good idea what prices are at. I've seen 08's at that price with lots trying to get rid of inventory in this economy...

Definitely a nice truck but don't pay that much for it. Just for comparisons, I bought my '06 FX4 Supercab last November for $13k from a private party with 48k miles & the balance of a 7yr 75k mile ESP. Figure an extra $2k for the supercrew value and maybe another $2k for the new Ford dealership customer care you might get and $17k seems like a price I'd negotiate for.
