Fender Flares

I am looking to get a set of fender flares for my truck. I like the looks of the factory ones but I am sure the wont be cheap. Then the other question is what color. I think silver would be best, but I have never seen factory flares in silver so if some has these please post a picture. But I could leave them black or the last opinion I got was paint them silver and gray to match. What do you guys think is best?

I think that leaving them black would be too many different colors. I think that silver would look best. Just my thoughts...

Black might look ok if you picked up a pair of those black nerf bars (I think those stock, satin black looking ones would go) to tie them together. But you do have a lot going on there already with two tone and chrome. Maybe black flares and black & chrome nerf bars would be better.

silver flares would look good. you can find flares in the dark shadow grey color, color code cx, but they were only put on lincoln mark lt's in that color, as lariat's were never made in gray.

I would match them to the silver. Look into the EGR fender flares, OEM looking but cheaper and larger.

eBay is your friend here

gotta agree with the guys, a silver flare would look the best IMO

you can always grab some FX4 flares and paint them...but they are a textured plastic. the Lariat/KR flares are smooth

That two tone (blue & silver) is the same as my 08 Super crew. I was also thinking of getting fender flares. Anyone out there have pictures of that paint scheme with flares? Jut would like to get a feel for the look.

Thanks.

The flairs on Ebay that go for about $100 are crap! The 3m tape wears out then at least at altitude the sun & UV rays distort the plastic. I bought mine instead of going for the bushwackers to save $$, found out that you get what you pay for.
PS, I did have mine painted to match my accent color.

Does anyone know ir the OEM flare are the same for the flareside bed and the regular bed? I have a set of OEMs and the rear flares seem a bit too small for the opening. Does anyone have any part#s.
