factory steps 4 a supercrew

i just bought a 2008 supercrew and it did not come with steps and my wife and son want them to make it easier to get in. can you still buy the steps that are flat and kind of brushed aluminium.

mine have 3 mounting brackets on each side, i'm not for sure but i believe the 4 inchers have 3 and the 5 inchers have only 2, which sounds azz backwards to me.

1100 bucks for steps is alot of coin, they are slick though. i personally like my tube steps, i know they take a lot of rocks from my tires, kinda glad they are there.

Just pulled the factory chrome steps off of my 06, never liked steps...
They had two mounting points, four bolts on each on, plenty sturdy.
I'd sell them but shipping may kill you...?

dealership lied about how hard they are to put on. took me an hour with a 13mm socket. i guess they wanted to screw me. bought the 4 inch chrome ones, and they look good. tomorrow the front door windows get tinted.
