Guys I'm very sorry for the inconveniences I've been causing. I owe you all an apology for my slow replies or failure to get back to you.

Life has been VERY hectic for me for the couple months. For nearly three weeks now I've been running the streets installing remote starters, audio and accessories from 8am to 10pm or later. With the Ford Accessory stuff and retail customers there have been many nights this month that I have been getting home around the 2am range. After getting home I then have to sit down and handle customer's orders, emails and type up installation sheets for products. This gets me to bed around the 3 to 4am range nearly every night and then I'm back up at 7am to sh#t, shower, shave. Drop my son off at daycare and hit the streets again. Somewhere in the middle of all this I gotta find time to give to my 2 1/2 yr old boy and mama of course. I'm still sitting on scheduled full days of jobs for nearly 2 more weeks.

With all this hustling we have had some very tragic events this month. Around the beginning of December my next door nieghbor's 14yr old daughter and friends thought it would be exciting to go hill jumping in a 93 Caddy. The car lost control after jumping the hill and after slamming though a ditch became airborne and hit a tree upsidedown almost 10 feet in the air. Our neighbors daughter was in the back seat and was thrown completely out of the car through the windshield and landed five feet from the car. She to this day is still Children's Mercy Hospital with a huge list of injuries. The 17 yr old driver will never walk again and the three other passengers (two 16yr old boys and a 15yr old girl) have huge lists of injuries.

Just last week my 1yr old niece was severely burned from a huge pot of boiling water that was spilled on the top of her head and down her body. They had to do skin layer removal on the top of her head, side of her face, shoulder, and back. She was released from Children's Mercy Hospital late Christmas Day just in time to open her gifts.

I even spent a overnight in the hospital some weeks ago for chest pains with numbing feet and hands. I had an irregular EKG test but doctors pretty much summed it up as "Stress Related" (imagine that) and told me to take it easy. Yeah right.

Frank. I don't know what the hells the matter with me. I have your remote ready to ship. I just keep getting side tracked and forgetting it. I stuck it in my wife's purse tonight so she can ship it with her office mail tomorrow.

TJ05FX4 or Jimbo45 contact me tomorrow around 3pm or later (central time). I have a day I set aside for all the guys at the local fire station. They are letting me use their shop all night long to install about 7 starters for them and their wives. This will cut down my running around the city all day long and I can should have time to talk with ya.

For all others out there. I have been trying my hardest to keep on top of the emails that come my way. Times are starting to smooth out a bit. There was such a mad rush for everyone here locally to have their Christmas presents installed before the big day

Whoa, Travis, don't I feel like a butt, now. I figured that you were worked to the bone for the remote starter season, but I couldn't have guessed all the other things you are dealing with. I am truly sorry to hear of your recent luck, and wish you the very best.

I want the other members to know, that the request I made through your website was NOT a problem, or support issue with an item I purchased from you. It was a trivial request, that probably wasn't worth it to you to spend time on, anyway. I had made the mistake of buying a couple CA-520A's and PKF-2's, at a discounted price from someone else (one for my '06 F-150, and one for wifey's '02 Explorer). I bought these before learning about your excellent pre-wiring and instructions, that you provide. Had I known all this, I would have just ordered from you. My request regarded purchasing just your remote start instructions for these vehicles, if possible.

Like I said, its not a big deal, I have installed a factory Ford silver remote start in an '02 Taurus in the past, and can most likely figure these two out also. I just heard how simple your instructions made the install, and I thought it may save me some time, if you could sell the instructions.

You obviously have a lot on your plate, and I don't want to bother you with such a trivial request. If I get stuck on the install in a couple weeks, I may contact you, but I don't want to hassle you if I don't need to.

Thanks for all you do for us DIY'ers. Take care of yourself first, man. Take a day off, and realize you can only do some much in a day.

Sorry to hear about the local misfortunes in your life Travis. Your service from my orders a few years ago was awesome, and you answered my phone call midday sunday during my install.

I hope all works out with your childs burns and returns to normal along with neighbors getting better.

Sometimes people overreact when they don't get a response right away even when they have no idea whats going on in their lives.

Thanks Impact.

Guys. no need to apologize. I kind of fell off the customer care wagon for a bit there. I'm just overwhelmed with business, family, issues and such. I'm trying my hardest to get everyone taken care of but I miss a few. I need 36hr days.

Things are turning around and pointing in the right direction. Hopefully here in the near future I can smooth out and do some much needed work on the website. I have picked up many manufacturers including vehicle accessories. Anyone needing a Roush Supercharger??? lol. I will sit down and revamp the site and add many new sections and neat little upgrades to it. I recently purchased triple 22" monitors for the computer system to help with my website building. I can now have one large desktop across all three monitors that allows me to drop and drag things across the entire desk. It will really speed up website production. Also great for gaming when I can find the time. There is so much time and effort that goes into maintaining the site. It took a few years to build and now it's time to LOAD IT.

Travis

Received my remote on the 5th or 6th and is working fine. THANK YOU.

Now that I reread my post I should have added "I'll take it up with Coda Alarm directly. It's their fubar anyways".

It seemed odd you would answer my tech questions over the phone on Sunday afternoon and then fall off the face of the earth.

Best wishes with the family and glad to hear business is picking up for you.

Looking forward to future business.

So sorry for taking forever. That remote was riding around with me forever. I just kept forgetting to stop by the Post Office to send it off. I was tying not to get nailed for such a high fee to mail off a little remote but finally I just said screw it and mailed it when I dropped off a bunch of packages at FedEx. Sucker cost me $7.80 for a little package...lol
