Serious question: 1000HP
Yea Im thinking of just getting the stroker kit, making it a 6.4L, then keeping the whipple at 8 PSI which depending on if the stroker kit (with built top end) takes the stock 300hp motor to. If It makes 5-600hp then I should see between 7-900HP with 8 PSI blower. I would then just have to do a full tranny build and get whatever injectors and maybe a pump for fuel. Then I would just have Justin at VMP do a good tune and take it to the track.

also you will need to change pulleys to keep the 8psi, the bigger cylinders will lower your psi
Justin said he would tune my truck as is before, I dunno about after a stroker. Also, I would probably run a 10PSI pulley to hopefully be around 8PSI. Im not exactly sure how it would work but that wouldnt be a big issue.
Id have to talk to troyer to I guess to make sure someone would tune it! Wouldnt do to good for me other wise!

Yea Paschal said that with an Iron block biggest you can go is 6.0L while with the Ford GT block you can get a 6.4L. However he said you can make the 6.0L high reving. So Im talking to them about stage 3-4 heads and see if I could spin like 7000 RPMs or so out of the motor.
And money is being put asside as we speak, it wont be for a while, but it gives me time to plan this out in order to get exactly what I want out of the truck.

Planed it out
Ok so I've got it planned out, still not sure on heads or cams, or fuel. All is up in the air.
Probably how the build will go:
Block:
Aluminum 5.4 Block
Paschal 6.4L (6.0-6.4L) Billet Stroker Crank - 4.415"
Paschal Performance Manley H-Beam Rods with ARP 2000
Manley Pistons and Rings
Wrist Pin Upgrade, Bearing kit - Rod Bearings coated
Paschal Stroker Link -> 5.4 BILLET Stroker
Heads:
Pro Weld Performance Stage 4? (I'm not sure how much cylinder head I need)
Comp Cams Blower XFI SPR (Spring and Phaser Required) either Stage 1 or 2.
Pro Weld Website -> Stage 4
Comp Cams XFI SPR Series -> Blower Stage 1 & 2
Intake:
Whipple Aluminum Intake with Heat Exchanger
Whipple at 8-12 PSI? (I guess it depends on what the stroker kit does to the boost)
Exhaust:
Long Tube Headers
Cats?
True Dual with Magnaflow 14" Center in Center out mufflers
Magnaflow X Pipe
Possible Exhaust cutouts for "cool" factor
Fuel:
At least 42lb injectors (up to tuner)
Stock fuel pump? (again up to tuner I'm guessing go bigger)
Trans:
Dirty Dog Performance 4R75 (I would go with a full built trans to handle the power)
Dirty Dog Converter (possible stall?)
Dirty Dog -> Race Trans
Rear End:
4.10s

what happen to rafa?
Oh ok quick view of what happen. Well Im doing all the work myself. I have access to a machine shop to build the block, and will do all the installs and mods myself. The truck will hopefully be data log tuned by either Troyer or VMP. Im being very sure to plan it all out and work with people who Ive known in person for a while. Id like to get the heads done out of the machine shop due to time restraints and that its a 30-45 minute drive to the machine shop so I'd like to make as few trips as possible.

Ok honestly after reading the thing with JDM, Rafa26 is the least of my worries. Being a mechanic I'm siding with JDM.
Not to start a war, or to shoot a guy down, or really to be disrespectful, but Rafa seems like a guy with alot of money that wants to go fast, and relys on others to get him there. When he doesnt understand the who what where when why, he goes and freaks out.

Yea it takes alot of time and money to go fast, however it takes ALOT more time and money when you dont research what you are doing. Also, when you dont understand how to build an engine, you really dont have any place on telling someone they are taking to long on it.
Anyway besides the point. Im still trying to figure out my fuel system. I dont think I'll have to do a whole lot being I wont be getting deep into the boost but a stroker kit will sure bring in alot more air hence upping the fuel.

You guys are funny. Why not just be happy with 500-600 HP and do it cheaply (sorta) and reliably?
The GT 5.4 4v motor with supporting mods is easily the best way. Already at 500-550 HP...and with some minor tweaking I can easily see 600+ HP.
All the previous posts with the wish lists is nice, but c'mon, who has that kind of money and ability, and time to pull it off?
what did happen to Rafa? I remember him posting about the 2nd...or 3rd blown tranny...and then nothing.

Straight Ford GT motor swap would be cool, but you have to swap PCM, rig up a tranny, wiring harness etc. If I can get an aftermarket 5.4 Aluminum (non GT block) then I can port it and put in a stroker kit.
Also, money isnt horrible, labor is all me so I know its done right. It all depends on what you want out of your truck, some guys want to go fast others want to have street queens and some want prerunners. You can spend 3 grand on a lift and all or grand on a stroker kit.
