Help with blacked headlights

Want to black out my headlights, which ones to you advise to get and why? Also some prices would be great.
Ive read about painting my stock ones but would rather buy and plug in.

Thanks

Paint them flat black like OEM harleys if your ever up for working with the lamps, buy the real harley headlamps, or keep a sharp eye out in classifieds for painted ones. Try to keep with OEM headlamps, theres some $100 ones on ebay but the quality and plastic of them is much cheaper compared to OEM quality.

All I've ever read is that the aftermarket lamps leak -- I'd save my pennies and get the OEM Harleys........

paint them yourself and save yourself a couple hundred bucks. mine have been done over 1 month now with rain every single day. still dry, and they look awesome. I did a FX2/Harley mix. You can see where I left part of the light chromed, and flat blacked the rest. Also left the orange reflector in there for contrast.

if you're dead set on buying them...only get OEM. The other brands have issues with sealing up. Then moisture gets inside...big PITA.

I personally would buy the 07+ FX2/FX4 lights. The Harley ones look good also, but they want alot of money for them.

You are lucky. My hellas leaked a little bit so I put some sealant around the seams and now they no longer leak .
