Hell YES!
No 4.30's available for our trucks. Either 4.11 or 4.56. 4.30 would be what I would probably go with if available too.
I got some Motive Gears from a guys place called Rons Machining Service and i got both ring and pinions and master install kits for the front and rear for 650 shipped to my door. I ordered them Thursday and got them Friday.
I dont know how much the install is going ot be yet but when i find out i will let you all know.

I payed 1600 total for mine. I cant recall what installation cost, but the shop that did mine had the install kits built in their price of install. Im very sure it was not 600 per axle, thats a rip. 600 total install probably is not too bad.
Depends on who you ask.

The guy that took my call said that he couldnt guarantee that it would be as quiet as stock. This bothered me a bit and didnt help his case to get my business. He actually told me that if I wanted the new gears absolutely quite that I should go somewhere else.
