No 4.30's available for our trucks. Either 4.11 or 4.56. 4.30 would be what I would probably go with if available too.

you can get 4.30's for the rear, but no one makes them for the front YET!

when i was doin research on 4.88's for the 35's i'm gettin in the future the local offroad shop quoted me 325 an axle for labor or 700 for gears and labor( gears were yukon btw), but since i'm 2wd all i would need is one axle..

I payed 1600 total for mine. I cant recall what installation cost, but the shop that did mine had the install kits built in their price of install. Im very sure it was not 600 per axle, thats a rip. 600 total install probably is not too bad.

Doesnt really matter what you call it. Its a hundredth of a ratio.

I was quoted $400 per axle and 2 days to do the install. With gears price out at approx ~650 and install at 800 thats $1500 or so.

The guy that took my call said that he couldnt guarantee that it would be as quiet as stock. This bothered me a bit and didnt help his case to get my business. He actually told me that if I wanted the new gears absolutely quite that I should go somewhere else.

It doesn't matter but I never realized yukon made 4.11's for our trucks (or fords in general). Ford racing, motive, genuine, and precision all make 4.10's.

Rad, I can't decide if I want 4.10's or not, coming from 3.55's.
