What brand of oil do you use?

What brand of oil/oil weight and oil filter do you use.

Im about to do my first oil change at 44K on my 2005 tuck. I use to let the dealer do it till they forgot to tighten the oil filter and lost a quart of oil in my garage floor the next day!

Thanks!

RP 5w20 with a K&N filter or Motorcraft. Just whatever you do, don't use a FRAM filter ..
