About 2 grand total for gears, master install kits and installation.

2k seems high.. I only dropped 1600 for yukon 4.88's installed.

Glad to hear you like them. I love my 4.56 Yukons as well. I gain about 100 miles to a tank with my new gears. I couldn't be happier!

I didn't have much choice on where to get them done. This is a really small town and there is only one reliable person that even messes with gears here. From what I've been told, the other places here would have just pulled out the old ones slapped in the new ones and not cared about anything.

man i wanna regear right now!

There is a place here that will do it for 300 an axle ( they did the gears on my ranger) BUT the axles need to be out of the truck.

The only other place i know of will do it for 600 an axle but they need to be in the truck. such a pain in the ***.

Regearing your truck will add 100 miles to a tank? Im only getting about 250 with 33's on 20's.
