Painted Headlights PICS Inside!

Well, I decided to go for it even though I was a little nervous I was going to mess them up. It was much easier than I expected. The worst part is removing all of the old glue off of the headlights when you get them apart. Took me about 4 hours and it cost me $20.00 in supplies. I got the paint from Autozone which was a perfect color match for my trucks paint color. Let me know what you think.

I just baked them at 250 for 10 minutes and when I took them out I used a plastic prying tool I used for tinting windows and pryed a corner apart then used my fingers to get them the rest of the way apart. The hardes part was getting a corner started after that it was easy.

This would be what keeps me from touching mine. Watering in the housings is just irritating.

I wish it took me 2 hours. I spent the better part of a week without headlights on my truck (took the bus to work) and ran through my library of curse words more times than I can count. But it looks good in the end, and that's what counts, right?

Looks great. No worries about the documentation i'm sure we all know what our stock headlamps look like.
