don't buy that one shocker

you want a muffler that is bigger, not smaller diameter piping. the stock stuff is 2.5". so if you get the 2.25" one, you will have a small bottleneck in the exhaust flow

I suggest you try something like this. and to make sure you have the right sized inlet/outlet, measure your OEM pipe

#14416 Round 4" Body Muffler

If you get a Flowmaster 40, it'll be loud when you want it to be and loud when you don't, but you can find a replica muffler for real cheap since they lost their patent on it.

with magnaflow (and I'm sure other brands) the shorter the body, the louder the muffler is.

My Mustang had the 14" mufflers (x2 bullets) and I could set off car alarms in parking lots. was lots of fun, but very very loud

I suggest you get a 18" muffler unless you want an extremely loud exhaust

btw, the muffler length is measure from the body to body...not the pipe extensions

Awesome! You will be so much happier with the Magnaflow than the Blowmasters! Borla is actually my personal preference though.

you can buy another muffler in the spring and re-use the one you just bought.
